Business Coaching

Individual employee and team effectiveness are directly linked to overall company performance.

New View works with Corporations and Organizations to:

Determine or Clarify for management what employees’ motivational factors are

This is accomplished through programs and individual coaching. All programs are highly customized for each client’s organization, size, culture and objectives.

About Laura

Laura is a corporate and personal Coach who has been involved with human development throughout her entire career. Laura is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. Laura was consistently drawn to a coaching role as a manager and as a project leader. Her emphasis was on training and achievement programs for people with whom she worked. She volunteered as a mentor for New York City high school students, and developed and implemented corporate mentor programs.

Laura’s coaching company, New View Coaching, works with organizations on linking performance to personal development, personal effectiveness and to achieving work/life balance. Her success with individual clients is centered on moving through life or career transition with focus on the realization and maximization of their potential. Laura also works with adolescents on self-esteem, motivation and goal setting.

Laura develops and delivers programs and workshops on personal effectiveness, transition, communications and team building for companies and organizations.

Prior to starting her coaching practice, Laura’s nineteen-year corporate career encompassed consulting, operations and management in the telecommunications industry. She has extensive background and experience in strategic and tactical market planning, and market management. Laura’s specialty in these areas was the development of new market entry strategies for client firms who were introducing new wireless technologies and new companies to the marketplace. She worked in international markets for 8 years while with Verizon and Telcordia Technologies, a telecommunications consulting firm. She has traveled throughout Asia, Europe and South America with significant time spent in Thailand, Indonesia, Egypt and Taiwan.

Laura has an MBA in International Business from Pace University and a BA in History and Russian language from the University of Rochester. She spent a semester abroad her junior year in college in Moscow, Russia. She is a member of the coaching industry groups Coach Inc and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Laura is affiliated with the Women’s Economic Development Center, the Larchmont Newcomer’s Club, the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce, and the United Nations Association.
